Refund and Exchange Policy

Zayro values the complete satisfaction of our customers. All our products undergo quality control before shipping. However, if there are any issues, we are here to resolve them quickly and respectfully.

1. Request Deadlines

  • The customer can request a refund or exchange within 7 calendar days of receiving the product, in accordance with Art. 49 of the Consumer Protection Code (CDC).

  • Requests outside this period will not be accepted.

2. Items eligible for refund or exchange
We accept requests in the following cases:

  • Product with manufacturing defect

  • Product different from the order placed

  • Product damaged in transit

3. Conditions for accepting returns

  • The item must be in perfect condition, without signs of use, with original packaging (when applicable).

  • Photos and videos of the defect or wrong item must be submitted at the time of the request.

4. Products exempt from refund

  • We do not accept returns of products due to regret outside the legal period (7 calendar days after receipt).

  • Products damaged by improper use or poor storage will not be refunded.

5. How to request

  • Send an email to: contato@zayro.com.brwith:

    • Order number

    • Description of the problem

    • Photos or videos of the received product

6. Response and processing time

  • After submitting the request with the correct information, we will respond within 3 business days.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed via the same payment method used for the purchase, within 15 business days.

7. Return shipping

  • If the error is on the store's part (wrong or defective product), Zayro will cover the cost of return shipping.

  • In cases of exchange due to customer choice (e.g., wrong size informed by the customer), the return cost will be borne by the buyer.

8. Cancellation before shipping

  • Orders can be canceled free of charge within the first 24 hours after purchase, provided they have not yet been processed for shipping.
